Bang the Gong!

Unfortunately, the Monkey didn’t make it past the focus group… but the rest of the image made it into the footer of Charlie & Johnny’s new Jam Session site! It was built with love and care by the Creative Team in a Box!

Holy crap… inspiration just hit me between the eyes! Was thinking how cool a cymbal monkey shirt would be (simple, bright colors on a black or ash colored shirt), and then it hit me… substitute the monkey with a tiny adorable Cthulhu. Wearing a vest. And a tiny fez. With the cymbals on his tentacles.

Or, even an adorable zombie in the monkey's place (you've heard of the Muppet Babies and Tiny Toons… think along those lines), looking confusedly at one of the cymbals on his hand, as if to say “what the hell is this thing… can I eat it?”

Wow…. I like all these ideas! It's been a while since I designed a new t-shirt. I'll have to see how these work out, and I'll keep you posted on it! Thanks for the concepts! Mwahahaha!
