Big Things Coming!

I’ve been working on a lot of exciting things lately! And I want to show them to you!

First of all, the zombie roleplaying game I’ve had in the works for the past year (which you can read more about in my Tabletop Zombie Madness! entry)looks like it’s finally wrapping up – I’m working on the cover right now, and should have it ready soon! Here’s a preview:

Zombie d20 Preview

Also, Marty birthday festivities will begin this weekend – I am gonna tear some shit up, man. It’s my last birthday before I hit the three-decade mark… does that mean I have to start celebrating like an adult? God, I hope not…. I just sent out a delicious tidbit to the mailing list, which I will unleash on the rest of the world in about a week (on my birthday, interestingly enough!), so come back for more soon! Trust me, it’s worth sticking around for!

In other news, I continue to get my ass kicked on a regular basis by my Crossfit workouts. If anyone’s interested, now you can read my workout log and send me encouragement (or mock my suffering) at the Crossfit Discussion Boards. Keep me honest, folks! How else am I gonna turn into your chainsaw-wielding Zombie Savior?

Oh, man, that's quality stuff…. Makes me want to make a new superhero: Saw Bat! …like Batman, but with saw-blades everywhere! The possibilities are endless….

Right! It isn't over done, the only ones who use saw blades I can think of right now were Gladiator from Daredevil comics and in the RoboGeisha trailer someone has a buzz-saw mouth.

But a superhero with a saw suit would be sweet, he would prolly have like a complex where he doesn't want anyone to touch him because he was abused in some manner or has done things he regrets and wants to punish himself, could even have some sub dermal saw implants you find out about later in the series when he finally takes off the suit.

Then all you have to do is constantly shirk anyone who references the Saw movies and you're gold.
